How do I create and activate an account?

You can create and activate an account by visiting the Create Account Page.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have placed an order and need to change any shipping or other information afterwards, please contact the factory direct within 24 hours at (716) 773-9300 or brsales@blueribboncorp.com.

How do I cancel my order or clear my cart before I make a payment?To cancel an order prior to making payment, click the “Clear Cart” button which is to the left of the “Update Cart” button and below the Quantity total.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Shipping time varies depending on location. All Blue Ribbon Corp in stock products are shipped from our world headquarters in Grand Island, NY 14072 same day or next business day of an order being placed. Out of stock items have a 1-16 week lead time prior to being shipped. Please call customer service for more information at (716) 773-9300.

How can I track my orders and payments?

A sales acknowledgment will be sent within 24 Hrs. followed by a UPS Tracking Number via email notification to your email on file in your account.

What is your return policy?

If the product ordered is from stock, there is a 40% restocking charge.

What is the lead time?If the units are in stock, they typically ship same day ground. If faster service is required, please indicate in the Order Notes area (Higher shipping fees may apply).
How long will it take for my order to be processed?A sales acknowledgement will be sent to your email on file within 24 Hrs.
How is my order shipped?Our standard shipping method is UPS ground.
How is my order processed?Once your online order is place, it is sent to our sales department to be processed. A formal acknowledgment is always sent within 24 hours to your email address on file.
